A fascinating and emotional tasting led by our senses, researching, acknowledging, analysing, comparing wines, helped by graphic cards and a master wine aroma kit. This tour is dedicated to wine lovers who want to refine their tasting techniques.
The experience begins in the vineyards, continues in the cellar and barrel room, culminates with a Sensory Tasting of 3 wines, a tasting journey through the colors, aromas and flavors of wine interpreted by our senses, helped by graphic cards and a master wine aroma kit.
It includes a tasting experience through the "sensorial tasting", guided through the colours, aromas and flavours of the wine, tasting:
PAPEO: selection of pure Vermentino
TARABUSO: selection of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
ALDONE: selection of pure Merlot
The tasting is accompanied by crunchy schiaccia or grissini.
