Here is what's in store for you
Experience a sensorial wine tasting at Podere Conca in the hearth of the Bolgheri wine region!
This visit begins at the Podere on Via Bolgherese, the birthplace of our winery. We will guide you through Podere Conca, touring the vineyard and olive grove surrounding the estate, and explaining our company philosophy and organic cultivation methods.
Following this, we will drive approximately 10 minutes to the winery, where we will detail our vinification and aging processes.
The tasting includes an olfactory and sensory experience: a practical exercise to enhance your ability to recognize and remember the scents of herbs and fruits, and to associate them with the aromas of our wines. You will explore the aromatic notes of Elleboro DOC Bolgheri Bianco, 196 IGT Rosso, Agapanto DOC Bolgheri Rosso, and a fourth wine drawn directly from the barrels.
The tasting will be accompanied by small samples of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, and crostini topped with our own organic extra virgin olive oil.
This visit will take place in two different locations. Therefore, it is recommended to go to the winery using your own mean of transport, as no transfer will be provided from one place to the other!

In summer (May - September), you will start your visit at Podere Conca 196 in Strada Provinciale Bolgherese 196, while in winter (October - April), the meeting point is in Via del Fosso 31, Castagneto Carducci.
