The experience continues with a guided tasting of 4 glasses from the Servo Suo line, a selection that best represents the winery’s identity and the expression of its territory. Through these different sparkling wines, guests will discover the nuances of Glera grown on our hills, appreciating the elegance, freshness, and minerality that define ColSaliz wines.

Flavors, authenticity and heart

There are places that know how to speak to the heart, and the Colsaliz winery is one of them. Among the vineyards, the stories of the Faganello family and the aroma of the wine, time seems to slow down. The tasting of the four wines, accompanied by a platter of cured meats and cheeses, was a journey made of flavors, history and passion. But the most beautiful memory is the welcome: so authentic, simple and sincere that my friend Veronica and I found ourselves sharing pieces of our lives as you do with a lifelong friend. We arrived to taste some good wine and we left with something even more precious. Thank you from the heart.
