Please notify us of any food allergies or restrictions at least 48 hours before the experience.Mobility & Footwear: This experience includes a scenic, relaxed mindfulness walk in the Arrábida Natural Park. Please wear comfortable walking shoes or sneakers with a good grip. The trails are uneven but paced comfortably for all standard fitness levels.
Weather Conditions: This experience runs rain or shine. In the rare event of severe, unsafe weather conditions in the national park, we will adjust the itinerary to focus on indoor cultural and winery experiences, or offer a reschedule.
