Sip the Art: Wine Tasting and Light Lunch in the Heart of Monferrato

For this experience, you will be welcomed to MOC – Museum of Capitolo, a historic residence in the heart of Monferrato, just a few minutes from the city center of Asti.

After an initial presentation of the Garrone Winery, you will be guided with elegance and attention to detail into the world of the producer. During the experience, you will have the opportunity to taste three wines from the Garrone Winery. Located in Grana, the Garrone Winery is one of the estates in the Monferrato area that has best preserved the principles of authenticity and rigor, both in wine production and in the cultivation and care of its vineyards, combining tradition with the most advanced technologies to ensure vine health.

Following the tasting, the history of Il Capitolo will be introduced and accompanied by a delicious light lunch. Alongside platters of local delicacies such as cheeses and cold cuts, you will be able to choose your light lunch from traditional Piedmontese dishes, including Piedmontese beef tartare, tajarin pasta with butter, and a house dessert.

During the light lunch, water and an additional glass of wine will be provided.
