This visit to Bisson winery will take you on a path to learn about the history of Bisson wines, which started when in 1978 Mr. Piero Lugano, aware of the hidden potential that he sensed in the harsh wines produced by Ligurian farmers, decided to try enhancing the vines of the Riviera Ligure del Levante.

During the guided tour you will be able to understand how Bisson's wines are made and feel the love and passion with which they are produced. You'll have the chance to admire the 3,000-liter aquarium in the Sala delle Volte and discover the innovative architecture of the steel barrels where the wine is aged. Then your tour will continue with a visit to the underground Caveau.

After the guided tour, you'll take part in the tasting of 5 wines and local platter.

You can choose from the following options:

Base option €32 per person

Schiacciata, Taggiasca olives, and homemade bread

Option plus €44 per person

Classic platter with a selection of cheese and cold cuts

Premium option €50 per person

Generous platter with a selection of cheese and cold cuts, vegetable quiches, and delicacies from the vegetable garden.

Fantastic experience!

The visit is interesting and the place is very beautiful.
Wines and food are good and well served.
It would be nice to be able to taste the Abissi. Fix the breathalyzer, it could be useful for drivers to wait until it is okay.

Good wine

We spent two relaxing hours in a beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff and... excellent wine. I would have liked to taste the wine while touring the cellar too, not just at the end, but thank you anyway!
