Welcome to Piedmont and to Langhe wine destination; welcome to Matteo Soria Winery! Located in Castiglione Tinella, on the extreme borders of the province of Cuneo, where the last Langa hills overlook Monferrato (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE since 2014), the winery is in Frazione San Martino, a prestigious area and progenitor of the cultivation of Moscato as early as the 1600s.

The typical "white earth" - local synonym for identifying a sandy soil - gives the grape and wine unique and recognizable hints with closed eyes. The history of the company begins in 1800 with Eugenio, Matteo's great grandfather. As often happens in rural realities, knowledge and traditions have been passed on from generation to generation, up to the present day. In fact, in 2006, Matteo at just 21 years of age joined his father Sergio in the management of the cellar and in a short time the volumes of bulk must and bottled wine increased allowing us to become leaders in the production and bottling of Moscato d'Asti. By deciding to focus on a single local excellence - Moscato d'Asti - the company has reached extraordinary quality levels. In fact, thanks to modern oenological technology, in particular that linked to the cold chain, we keep the aromas and flavors of the grapes in the wine and stabilize the product allowing its conservation and transport. Our wines are subjected to strict controls to ensure that an exceptional product arrives on your table.

With this wine experience the wine hospitality manager will guide you to discover the reality of the winery with a complete wine tour from A to Z, from the cultivation to the processing of the grapes, up to the tasting of their wines in the new tasting room. 

The tour includes a walking through the vineyards of the company, followed by the discovery of the winery and cellar, with the explanation of the vinitcation processes. The tasting will include 3 wines:

- Bolla Bea (100% Pinot Nero, champenoise method)

- Bric Prima Bella (Asti DOCG Extra Dry)

- Moscato d’Asti Soria
