During your half day off to the vineyards in the Southern France countryside, you will make a visit to a historic vineyard plot planted back in 1892! You will continue with a visit to the winemaking and jar cellar at Grand Guilhem estate and discover their philosophy of natural winemaking. Next, you will have a tasting of 7 natural wines of the estate.
