Cantina bellissima, con una terrazza ed una vista spettacolare. Il ragazzo (mi scuso ma di cui ora mi sfugge il nome) super gentile e simpatico ci ha descritto con passione tutte le procedure nella produzione del vino. Vino davvero buono, accompagnato da salumi e formaggi altrettanto buoni e di alta qualità. Non mi ero fatta aspettative ma assolutamente ha superato tutto quello che potevo aspettarmi. Merita veramente e soprattutto siamo stati sorpresi dalla passione e dalla cura dei dettagli della persona che ci ha accompagnato in questa esperienza! Consigliatissima

Terrazza bellissima per una degustazione di ottimi vini accompagnato da cibo tipico. Abbinamenti con i vini sicuramente da riprovare. Lo consiglio a chi si vuole immergere nella natura e nella cultura vinicola. Ritorneremo!

Una degustazione fatta come si deve. Un racconto nei dettagli del lavoro di una cantina e di persone che ci mettono testa e tanta passione. Il prodotto finale è a dir poco ottimo. Consigliatissima.

Quando la professionalità incontra la passione

Appena arrivati Monica ci ha accolti con gentilezza ed ospitalità, introducendoci alla giovane storia della tenuta e accompagnandoci in vigna. Carlo ci ha guidato, passo dopo passo, illustrandoci le procedure agronomiche, dalla pianificazione alla raccolta delle uve.
In seguito abbiamo visitato l'area preposta alla pigiatura e fermentazione delle uve, per la produzione di vini in purezza di prima qualità.
Infine siamo passati alla degustazione di Vermentino, Fiano, S. Giovese e Petit Verdot, accompagnata da formaggi e salumi a km zero.

La location è una perla incastonata tra le colline di Montiano che vale da sola la visita alla tenuta.

In sintesi, una giovane realtà in crescita, che fa della cura del dettaglio la propria arma vincente.
