Our experienced sommelier, Caren, will guide you through the best tapas and wine pairings in local bars outside the tourist crowds but still in the vibrant downtown area. Discover various local bars where you can savour typical tapas paired with regional wines in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Along the way, you'll learn about traditional culture, gastronomy, and history, all while having a lot of fun. This immersive experience promises to deepen your appreciation for local flavours and create unforgettable memories.
You will visit five different bars with different backgrounds and origins and try five wines paired with a local tapa each.
Some of the tapas you will try are: Catalan sausage with mushrooms, basque omelette, Canarian wrinkled potatoes etc.
The tapas will be paired with vermouth, Catalan Rosé, Basque white wine (txacolí) and other wines.
