Your evening at Agriturismo dei Grippi is a full culinary experience centered around the estate's food and wine philosophy. You'll be welcomed by the hospitality team and shown to your table.
The dinner features a 6-course tasting menu where traditional recipes are reinterpreted by the kitchen. The menu includes two starters, two first courses, and two main courses. For each pairing, one dish is a staple from the restaurant's menu, while the other changes to reflect the season's best ingredients. Dishes may include starters like bao bread with pulled pork and house-made teriyaki sauce, or fresh pasta tacos with smoked duck. First courses might be pappardelle with a farmyard ragù or gnocchi with gorgonzola, followed by mains such as chicken preserved in oil with mustard or a tender braised cheek.
Each course is complemented by one of the three estate wines selected for your dinner. You will taste Abre, a naturally sparkling wine made from 70% Pinot Nero and 30% Garganega; Logos, a still white from 100% Incrocio Manzoni; and Crux, a still red blend of 70% Pinot Nero with Corvina, Corvinone, Merlot, and Cabernet. Water, coffee and cover charge are included, and the experience concludes with a special surprise prepared by the bartender.
