Guided tour of the winery, followed by a tasting of 2 different tyoes of Bonarda paired with local products:
- La Grintosa: Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC (sparkling): 85% croatina and 15% barbera grapes
The south-west exposure of the grapes destined to Bonarda La Grintosa guarantees a balanced sun exposure to the bunches. The Guyot training system and a careful management of the green operations allow to modulate the ripening parameters in order to reach a correct proportion between structure and acidity.
- Baldo: Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC (still)
This is the first wine produced by the winery. It was created to celebrate one of the most important grape varieties of Oltrepò Pavese: croatina. It is in this territory, in fact, that this variety finds the ideal microclimate to offer the best of its character.
