Wine Tasting with Aperitif in Mezzocorona at Viola Winery

At Nadia Viola Winery, you will enjoy a refined tasting experience that showcases the diversity and character of the Dolomite terroir.

The experience includes two glasses selected from the cellar’s aged reserves, each expressing a different interpretation of the territory. You may choose the Navarro Trento DOC Riserva, a classic-method sparkling wine made from hand-harvested, high-altitude grapes and aged on the lees for over 60 months. This wine is appreciated for its fine bubbles, Alpine freshness, and delicate notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, and bread crust.

Alternatively, discover the Rosso Mancato IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti, a rare expression of Teroldego with elegant aromas of ripe red fruit, subtle spices, and a velvety, well-balanced palate. Another option is the Nero Viola IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti, a deep and structured red wine characterized by notes of blackberry, wild herbs, hints of dark chocolate, and a long, complex finish shaped by aging in wood.

The tasting is completed with a glass of 5 + 5 Rosso IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti, a young and lively red wine with fresh fruity aromas and an easy-drinking profile, ideal for a relaxed aperitif.

All wines are accompanied by a selection of typical Trentino cheeses and cured meats. During the visit, you will also have the opportunity to explore the historic cellar beneath the shop, once used as an ice house, and browse a selection of exclusive, limited-edition wines available for purchase.
