Cantina Capellini is a small winery that for years has been committed to keeping alive the traditions and memories of Volastra, a village in Cinque Terre, through wine. In these places, wine was already being produced at the time when Genoa was still a Greek colony and the Roman Empire was starting its conquests. The cultivation of vine allowed the production of wines praised by kings, popes, and poets.
The experience will start with a beautiful visit to the historic winery in the center of Volastra. It will then continue with a visit to the MuVi of Cantina Capellini - their vineyard overlooking the sea - where you will be shown the cultivation methods applied in the territory of Cinque Terre in the last 2000 years.
The visit will end with a fantastic tasting immersed in the vineyards where the Cinque Terre DOP is produced, the wine that represents in a glass the history, scents, and culture of the place. The tasting will be accompanied by some local delicacies and bruschettas that enhance the wine.

Degustazione a picco sul mare
Bellissima location, posizionata in un paese in collina, che dà direttamente sul mare. Raggiungibile tramite bus con partenza da Manarola.
Immersi nella natura e nella tranquillità, abbiamo seguito un percorso nel loro vigneto con spiegazione della storia della cantina e dei metodi di crescita delle vigne e produzione del vino.
Al termine, ci siamo accomodati e abbiamo degustato 4 tipologie di vino tipico servito con bruschette. Gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha seguiti lungo questo percorso degustazione. Esperienza consigliata.
