Fantastica esperienza!
A guidarci nel tour è stata direttamente la moglie del proprietario, competente gentile simpatica e disponibile.
Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere e vedere all’opera con l’’imbottigliamento del metodo classico il Marito Enologo Ansaldi con i figli.
Infine la degustazione guidata degli 8 vini (in abbondante quantità) in un bellissimo ambiente, con assaggi di diverse specialità locali.
Non avrei potuto sperare di meglio.
