At Tenuta Santo Spirito, in Vittoria (Ragusa), immerse yourself in Sicilian winemaking history with a special tasting experience in a restored Palmento, the traditional stone place where grapes were once crushed and fermented. This evocative location has been carefully brought back to life to offer guests a unique tasting journey that blends nature, heritage, and flavor.
Your experience begins with a guided tour of the estate, taking you through organic vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards. You will then enjoy a tasting of three organic wines, selected by you from a list including Frappato DOC, Nero d’Avola DOC, the award-winning Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG, Grillo, and Inzolia (still or sparkling). Wines are paired with a local platter of Ragusan cheeses and cured meats, making this a flavorful and authentic Sicilian experience.
