Here is what's in store for you

The GranCollina Winery awaits you in the territory of Terre Alfieri for a wine tasting and typical Piedmontese lunch or dinner.

The experience begins with a tour of the winery with a presentation of the winery and the Cotto family. You will also be introduced to Terre Alfieri, the territory where GranCollina has been established for 5 generations now. You will be taken through the winery on an interactive guided tour, during which you will be tasting at least 4 wines while their organoleptic properties and production processes will be described.

Next, you will be taken to GranCollina's Agrivineria-restaurant where there you will enjoy a typical Piedmontese lunch or dinner, during which you will have the opportunity to savor some of the most genuine flavors of the traditional Piedmontese cuisine. You'll enjoy a starter (such as vitello tonnato, fassona tartare, or insalata russa), a first course (such as tajarin with ragù or agnolotti del plin), a second course (such as Barbera roasted meat with sides), and a dessert from the Piedmontese tradition (such as bunet or panna cotta).

Your meal will be accompanied by 0.25l of house red wine and water, but you will also have the opportunity to purchase a bottle of your favorite GranCollina wine.

Bella organizzazione visita della cantina con assaggio e poi cena ….. unica minima pecca è che finendo presto la visita se hai la cena alle 19 sei già seduto al tavolo…. Ottime portate e servizio attento.. bravi

L'ambiente è accogliente e piacevole, valorizzato da un personale altamente competente e sempre gentile. La location, splendida e armoniosa, richiama le colline e le vaste pianure della Toscana, regalando uno scenario unico e suggestivo. Il pranzo è stato eccellente, con una selezione curata di prodotti tipici dell'azienda, che esaltano i sapori autentici del territorio. Un'esperienza che consiglio caldamente a chi cerca qualità e atmosfera.
Il paesaggio è davvero incantevole. Raccomando vivamente una passeggiata all’interno della proprietà dell’azienda, con particolare attenzione ai vigneti e noccioleti, che offrono panorami suggestivi e un’immersione autentica nella natura.

Ben organizzati, forse un poco caotico l'elevato numero delle persone nel tour della cantina visti gli spazi a disposizione.
