Over the years, Soalheiro has explored the versatility of Alvarinho, creating wines influenced by different territories and grape varieties. This tasting offers a journey through various wine styles and regions, all while staying connected to the essence of Monção and Melgaço.

The experience begins with a visit to the Herbal Tea Fields, providing insight into the landscape before Alvarinho and the rediscovery of traditional infusions. The tour continues to the first continuous Alvarinho vineyard in Melgaço, the old family garage where Soalheiro was born, and the cellar, where winemaking techniques shape the wines. The Sparkling Wine Cellar and Innovation Cellar highlight Soalheiro’s ongoing exploration of new possibilities.

From the terrace, with panoramic views over the River Minho Valley, the tasting begins with Soalheiro ALLO, a refreshing blend of Alvarinho and Loureiro, followed by Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro, an expressive take on this classic variety. The journey continues with Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc & Alvarinho, a fusion of two aromatic grape varieties, Soalheiro Mineral Rosé, a mineral-driven rosé, and Soalheiro Oppaco, a bold and unexpected red wine.

The experience concludes with a tasting of The Pur Terroir infusions, crafted using an innovative low-temperature dehydration process that preserves their rich aromas, flavors, and properties.
