“The Ambassador’s Legacy” is the most immersive and passionate experience ever offered by Roccat Winery—a journey that lets you truly live the soul of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape since 2019.
Hop aboard a vintage Campagnola off-road vehicle, where either Manuel, the winemaker and owner of Roccat, or his father Clemente, will guide you through the estate’s hidden vineyards nestled among the iconic Prosecco hills.
Upon returning, you’ll take part in a guided visit of the Roccat winery, discovering the entire production process—from its raw origins to the final product, refined by time, expertise, and passion.
The experience concludes with a rich tasting of Roccat’s finest wines, paired with authentic local specialties: platters of cured meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, artisan bread, grissini, and homemade preserves.
This is a true celebration of Valdobbiadene’s terroir, meant to be shared and remembered.

Ecco in queste poche parole, la sintesi dell'anima di questa azienda, Roccat.
Siamo stati accolti da Manuel, il proprietario e da subito si è creata un' atmosfera confidenziale e rilassata.
In seguito Ci ha invitati a visititare la cantina, e dopo il giro e i primi assaggi ci siamo accomodati nella stanza adiacente dove abbiamo potuto gustare i prodotti che lui stesso aveva selezionato per noi, salumi e formaggi del territorio,direi ottimi, il tutto accompagnato da i sublimi Prosecco di loro produzione.
Per non parlare del giro a bordo della seducente Campagnola. Il verde delle vigne sullo sfondo di un bellissimo cielo azzurro è stato uno splendido dipinto da poter ammirare.
Manuel non è solo un produttore di Prossecco, Manuel è il testimone di una storia d'amore e di passione nata tra le vigne insieme al proprio nonno. Ci siamo sentiti parte di questa storia e privilegiati ad aver vissuto questa giornata resa davvero speciale dai racconti , dalle risate e sopratutto dalla presenza del Signor.
