Take a journey between history and technology, touch Vivallis’ reality and breathe the scent of wine through the story of their origins.
Your adventure will start with an introduction to the territory and its centuries-old tradition to get up close and personal with a historical institution of Vallagarina. After admiring the beauty and colors of the landscape in its various seasons, you'll be taken on a tour of the winery with its extensive winemaking and aging areas to see up close all the stages that lead from the vineyard to the glass. And after the pleasure...more pleasure!
Inside Vivallis' new wine shop, you'll be told about the winery's history, that of the Valentini brand of Weinfeld, Trentino's first sparkling wine house since 1899, and of the Depero line, a unique and flagship production. You will have the opportunity to taste 5 wines in total: 3 Trentodoc, Depero Bianco, and Depero Rosso, accompanied by breadsticks and a selection of delicacies from the territory, such as cheese and cold cuts. For a 360° experience, during the tasting, you will be guided to find and perceive the aromas and chromatic, olfactory, and tactile nuances of each wine.

Wonderful experience.... Highly recommend
We arrived a few minutes late and we were greeted by a warm very friendly lady.
She gave us a brief but informative introduction before we started
We were given numerous different wines to taste accompanied by a lovely charcuterie board which was delicious
During our time we were given a detailed description of each wine as we did our tasting and our host was full of interesting information on the vineyard itself and off the whole Trentino area
I would highly recommend this experience if you enjoy your wines and are interested in learning about the area... 5 star!!!
