Immerse yourself in an unforgettable wine experience, surrounded by the unspoiled beauty of Valpolicella and Mezzane Valley at Il Monte Caro.  Walk up the Monte Caro, explore the winery, and enjoy a wine tasting.

Start your visit with a walk up the Monte Caro and discover native grape varieties, wild herbs, and breathtaking views over the valley. The walk takes about 30-40 minutes and is on dirt terrain and sloping vineyards, so we recommend wearing sneakers. Please note that the route is not suitable for strollers or prams.

After the walk, we welcome you to our winery for a guided tasting of five organic and terroir-based wines that fully express the character of the place. From the cool Valpolicella to the penetrating Amarone, each sip tells the story of our land. Our wines are produced with a genuine commitment to sustainability and quality, reflecting the artisanal care we devote to production. During the tasting, you will also have the chance to enjoy our extra virgin olive oil and some typical local products such as cheeses and cold cuts.
