Tierras De Armenia Wine Tour

Experience one of the most interesting wineries in Armenia with this special wine tour. 

Be immersed in the age-old wine estates of Armenia’s  Armavir region, located 70 kilometres west of Yerevan. Enjoy beautiful vineyards with unique views of the biblical Mount Ararat and Mount Sis. According to legend, Noah and his descendants planted the first vines here after the great flood. During your tour, you will visit the cellar and taste some of Armavir's finest wines, paired with local cheese, chocolate, and dried fruits or nuts. 

You'll also learn about the region's history, traditions, and culture as well as the winemaking process. The tour begins with an overview of the vineyard before visiting the reservoirs and greenhouses (not available in winter). Then, you'll have the chance to explore the winery and become informed about the production of wines and its associated technology, equipment, and products. 
Finally, you'll get to sample a range of different wines, accompanied by traditional Armenian dishes like Gata, cheese, and dried fruit.
