The visit to the oil mill will be a special experience to discover how extra virgin olive oil is created. Oleificio la Selva guided tour goes through all stages of production, from harvesting to oil storage, illustrating all the steps.
At the end of the tour, there will be a tasting of 3 of Oleificio la Selva's oils, to learn how to recognize the organoleptic properties of a superior-quality oil. Afterward, you will be offered a tasting of their extra virgin oil AGON TOP range, together with typical Laertine bread baked in a wood-fired oven.
The tasting will be completed with Oleificio la Selva extra virgin olive oil focaccia, nodini and cheese, all accompanied by a glass of good local wine.
