La passion qui les anime se ressent dans les commentaires lors des visites.
Elle se ressent aussi dans la qualité des vins produits. Terroir, authenticité et qualité voici un tiercé gagnant à coup sur !
Il est un vin que j'ai particulièrement apprécié le "mano à mano" élevé en amphore.
Fruité, il ravira les dames comme les messieurs. A boire avec modération et grand plaisir.

Siamo stati accolti da Filippo nel suo "chateau", che ha poco di un castello, ma la passione che ci ha trasmesso ricompensa, anzi supera, questa mancanza.
Ci ha spiegato tutte le fasi della produzione, ci ha fatto degustare i due vini promessi.
Al di là della visita in sé, ritengo che sia proprio piacevole conoscere Filippo, perché è una persona interessante, che si è reiventata da zero e solo già per questo è da stimare tanto.
Consiglio vivamente questa degustazione.
