Azienda vitivinicola storica ma molto attenta alle moderne lavorazioni dei vini.
Bellissima e suggestiva la cantina con le moderne botti in ceramica senza tralasciare barriques e tonneaux, e la tipica cantina interrata con botti antiche. Una buona parte dell'azienda è stata recentemente ristrutturata in un bellissimo stile moderno e destinata a ricevere clienti e visitatori. Ottimo ed abbondante il light lunch con degustazione di 6 vini sapientemente presentati da Chiara.
Esperienza vissuta in una bellissima giornata infrasettimanale d'autunno, post vendemmia, dove eravamo gli unici visitatori e dove siamo stati seguiti e coccolati, degustando ottimi vini.

Die Erklärungen wurden in englischer Sprache und auf Nachfrage auch auf deutsch vorgetragen. Top!
Sehr leckerer Wein dazu landesüblicher Schinken, Käse, Brot und eingelegtes Gemüse wurden zur Weinprobe gereicht.
Rund um ein tolles Erlebnis.
Der Besuch der Weinreben auf dem Feld wurde aufgrund des schlechten Wetters verständlicherweise gestrichen.
Der Besuch ist jedenfalls empfehlenwert.
