Visit Farina Wines, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, and enjoy a special tasting experience.
Your journey at Farina Wines will begin in the vineyard, in the fascinating setting of Valpolicella Classica. You will be able to explore the traditional practice of drying grapes and learn about the art of making wine in the cellar and the wisdom of its aging in barrels, barriques and in the new suggestive concrete amphorae.
To delight your palate, the experience includes the tasting of 6 Valpolicella wines accompanied by a rich selection of local delicacies like cold cuts, cheese, bread or focaccia, giardiniera (pickled vegetables), a typical Veronese dessert, coffee and grappa.

Esperienza consigliatissima nel cuore della Valpolicella
Durante la degustazione, svolta con un tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali davvero ottimi e abbondanti, ci sono state illustrate le caratteristiche dei singoli vini e l'ordine nel quale abbinarli ai salumi nonchè la sequenza con la quale assaggiarli.
A completamento della degustazione una piacevole sorpresa con assaggio delle grappe prodotte sempre da Farina.

Wines tasted good and the matching cheeses supported the experience.
When tasting wine, it is not a good practice to re-use old glasses. A separate glass for each wine is preferred.
