The innovative Craft Brewery of Mastri Birrai Umbri awaits you among the green hills of Gualdo Cattaneo, in the heart of the Umbrian valley.
During this tour, you will be taken to visit all of the brewery's production places: in the Maltificio, you will understand the transformation of barley, the real meaning of km0, thanks to a supply chain among the shortest in Italy, and in the world. You will have the opportunity to touch with your own hands the raw materials, which, once the malting process is finished, pass directly into the adjoining Cooking Room.
You will then enter the heart of the brewery's technological Cooking Room and meet the master brewers personally. You will get the chance to take a peek into the small experimental hop plantation, harmoniously blended with the colors of the lands surrounding Mastri Birrai Umbri.
Finally, you'll complete your visit in the Taproom, with a 360-degree view of the land, and a well-deserved tasting of beer on tap paired with a board of typical Umbrian products such as cheese and cold cuts!
