The first sip is Petriera Bianco, bright and clear like the morning light rising over the vineyards, with aromas of white flowers, crisp green apple, and sea breeze. Next comes Petriera Rosé (from Tintilia grapes), striking in its cherry-pink hue and as delicate as a countryside afternoon, offering hints of wild berries, pomegranate, and rose petals. Finally, the Tintilia Colle Cervino — queen of the territory, ancient and proud — reveals its deep ruby hue and notes of plum, spices, and licorice, a whirlwind that warms the heart.
