The Simple Wine Tasting at Azienda Agricola Toscani in Casale Marittimo

Discover the authentic world of natural wines with “La Semplice” tasting experience at Azienda Agricola Toscani, located in Casale Marittimo, in the Tuscan hills just a stone’s throw from the sea. This relaxed tasting is designed for those who want to explore the winery’s philosophy and wines in an informal yet engaging way, without a guided tour of the estate.

You will be welcomed at the farm and guided through a tasting experience where, glass after glass, you will learn the story of Azienda Agricola Toscani, from its foundation in the late 1960s to the present day. For each wine, detailed explanations are provided, covering technical characteristics, winemaking choices, the origin of each bottle, and the history behind the labels.

Before concluding the experience, you will also taste the organic extra virgin olive oil produced from the approximately 4,000 olive trees spread across the estate. The tasting includes 3 organic wines—2 red wines and 1 ancestral method rosé—paired with bruschetta and focaccia, offering a genuine taste of the Tuscan countryside near the coast.
