An exclusive experience introducing the fascinating history of Umberto Cesari and revealing the winery’s most romantic and compelling corners, ending with a tasting of the most appreciated and awarded wines by Italian and international wine critics.
The Deluxe Tour is a journey introducing you to the production methods of the estate's wines. After a guided tour of the vinification area, the laboratory, and the aging cellar, a Sommelier will attend you for a tasting of Umberto Cesari's most awarded wines. Wines to be tasted: Liano Bianco, Liano, Yemula, Tauleto, and Colle del Re Passito.
Food pairings:
- Five-cereals bread served with Palmieri’s Mortadella La Favola, squaquerone PDO cheese, caramelized figs, and shelled walnuts.
- Warm potato flan, soncino salad, and Tenuta Montecatone’s olive oil.
- Pear-flavoured Pecorino cheese, mandarin confiture and warm piadina bread cooked on stone.
- Thin-cut beef bresaola with dehydrated blueberries and chocolate chips by Guido Gobino, Madagascar plantation and flaxseed streghette (crunchy bread).
