The visit starts with a guided walk through our vineyards, where you will learn about the Manzoni Bianco, a noble cross born in our province, and the Grapariol, a rare ancient vine that we have proudly protected from extinction. We will then move to the heart of the winery to share our winemaking secrets, focusing on how we maintain the vibrant freshness and mineral notes of these exceptional grapes.
To complete your experience, both wines are paired with local artisanal products, specifically chosen to enhance the sapidity and unique aromatic profiles of these native whites.
