Enjoy an authentic wine experience at Cascina Bisceto, nestled in the hills of Carpeneto in the Monferrato region. This guided tour begins with a stroll through the organic vineyards, where you’ll learn about the estate’s sustainable farming practices and the unique characteristics of the surrounding terroir. The visit continues in the cellar, where you'll explore the winemaking philosophy and techniques behind their labels.
The experience culminates with a tasting of 4 carefully selected wines, chosen from a variety that may include Ovada DOCG, Barbera del Monferrato DOC, Monferrato DOC Rosso, Piemonte DOC Bianco, or a rosé from the current vintage. Each wine is paired with a selection of traditional Piedmontese foods: a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, and a seasonal dish such as vitello tonnato or farinata. Vegetarian alternatives are available upon request at the time of booking.
During the colder months, tastings are held in the cozy indoor tasting room. At the end of the visit, guests are welcome to purchase wines with a €10 discount voucher per person.
