Welcome to the Agricola d'Ausilio winery in the beautiful town of Fondi, nestled between Latina and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Your 30-minute tour of the vineyards on Sciobaco Street will be guided by the passionate young winemaker, Raffaele, who will explain the complexities and beauty of this unique landscape. You will then have a 20-minute visit to the cellar, giving you an inside look at the production process of D'Ausilio's wines before the final tasting of 3 of their delicious wines paired with a selection of local delicacies; sliced meats, cheeses, bruschetta with olive oil. Be sure to take in every moment of this amazing experience
