We are ready to welcome you at the VentiCinque Dieci winery, in the stunning natural setting of the Brenta Dolomites, for this wine experience.
You will be accompanied on a tour of the vineyards by the winery's oenologist and agronomist, who will explain all the special features of our winery and how we manage to produce wine at an altitude of 1,000 meters with minimal, practically negligible chemical and environmental impact. If you would like, you can also try your hand at the typical cultivation operations of the period you're visiting in (pruning-tying-green canopy management-leafing-harvesting). The walk is about 30 minutes and is suitable for everyone, but if you prefer the vineyards are also conveniently accessible by car.
Afterward, you will be taken to the "Stua del nonno," or "Grandpa's Stua" a typical room found in all mountain homes until the last century, where a tasting of the vintage of our Solaris wine currently on the market will take place, accompanied by appetizers and typical local products such as cheese and cold cuts. For minors, apple juice from our production will be available.
