The experience begins with a guided visit to the winery, where you will learn about the history of the Grosjean family, the evolution of the estate through three generations, and the principles of mountain viticulture. You will explore the cellar and gain insight into the winemaking process, from grape selection to vinification and aging, with particular attention to sustainable and low-intervention practices.

The visit concludes with a guided tasting of 5 selected wines, showcasing both native grape varieties such as Fumin, Cornalin, and Prëmetta, and international varieties like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Each wine reflects the elegance, freshness, and minerality typical of Alpine terroirs.
