Enjoy a one-night escape at the wonderful 1911 modernist hotel of Cavas Bolet and be delighted by their exclusive ECOTAST wine experience.

During this experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a visit to the museum space of the ancient family house, dating back to 1619, a guided tour of the old winery from 100 years ago, the current winery, and the wine cellar. The tour ends with a delightful tasting of three of Bolet's organic wines.

After a lovely evening, you will spend a night in Bolet's small rural hotel, located in the Modernist house of the Bolet family, built in 1911.
This experience includes a night in the Rossinyol room, which has two balconies with views of the vineyards and the forest. It also has a bathtub in the middle of the room, from where you can contemplate the views while taking a relaxing bath.

The experience ends on a sweet note, with a breakfast featuring freshly baked products from an artisan oven in the area and homemade sausages. The visit and wine tasting can be scheduled both in the afternoon of the day of check-in and the morning of the next day.
