Embark on an immersive journey at Finca Rovellats, where the allure of the estate's modernist gardens sets the stage for a captivating exploration. Begin your visit from the "XV Century" farmhouse, an iconic source of inspiration for one of the estate's distinguished cavas. Adjacent to this historical gem stands the family chapel, constructed in the early 20th century and dedicated to the Virgin of Montserrat.

Then, you will explore the cellar where still wines are matured before undergoing a transformative journey into becoming renowned Rovellats long-aged cavas. Step inside the enchanted realm of the Cava production. All of the grapes used to make Rovellats cavas come from the estate's vineyards, and the traditional Méthode Champenoise process is used. The estate's 12-meter-deep radial basement with its original 6-pointed star structure and central rotunda stands as a unique marvel.

To conclude your experience, you will be offered a tasting of 3 cavas reserva — Imperial Brut, Imperial Rosé Brut, and Cuvèe Especial Brut Nature – accompanied by a small snack. Learn the art of enjoying different cava styles based on the moment and pairing.

La visita y la experiencia fue muy buena. El chico que nos atendió (Alex) se le ve muy apasionado y profesional del todo el tema vinícola, nos explicó y enseñó cada rincón del celler y como funciona el proceso de elaboración. La cata de cavas y el aperitivo estuvieron muy bien, así como el entorno donde estaba el celler, en el corazon del Penedès.
