Visit vineyards and wine cellar with tasting of wines and typical products of Emilia Romagna

The visit to the winery was wonderful, we did a tour both inside, asking a ton of questions about how the grapes are processed to become wine, and in the surrounding vineyards, with beautiful views. The person who accompanied us was kind and helpful, the tasting was accompanied by cured meats and cheeses, everything was delicious! Thanks and see you next time!

We were immediately welcomed warmly, we ate and drank well, accompanied on the tour of the facilities, with tastings aimed at discovering the lands and the vision of the winery. A first aperitif that helped us warm up and break the ice, with a pretty good Charmat method sparkling wine. Then a visit to the production facility where the new productions are being processed and aged, which they told us about and let us taste with passion. And then the real gem, in the basement is the cellar with the barrels where the wines mature while awaiting release. This is the true heart, an architecturally fascinating environment with very high potential, where we completed the tasting of 4 bottles, accompanied by platters of very good local products. The winery is very young, yet already capable of presenting high-quality products, the passion we experienced gives us great hope.
