Revive your palate with a delectable gourmet food and wine pairing at the Poderi del Nazareno, carefully prepared to enhance the properties of each of our wines. Our tasting menu includes regional specialties such as Squaccherone cheese, Pecorino cheese, traditional ham, and Bolognese mortadella, all made using local ingredients.

Start your experience with a stroll through the scenic vineyards of Poderi del Nazareno, situated under the extraordinary Oriolo Tower - a 15th-century building meticulously restored by the FAI(Italian Environment Fund). Afterward, descend into the barrel cellar and sample some of our exquisite wines, each held at a consistent 18°C temperature. Then, revive your palate with a delectable gourmet food and wine pairing prepared with regional specialties such as Squaccherone cheese, Pecorino cheese, traditional ham, and Bolognese mortadella.

esperienza bellissima, cantina sorprendente, da non perdere la vera cantina al di sotto della struttura, una vera chicca

Siamo stati subito accolti con calore, abbiamo bevuto e mangiato bene, accompagnati nella visita alle strutture, con assaggi mirati alla scoperta delle terre e della visione della cantina. Un primo aperitivo che ci è servito per scaldarci e rompere il ghiaccio, con una bollicina metodo charmat niente male. Poi visita alla struttura produttiva dove ci sono le nuove produzioni in lavorazione e maturazione, che ci hanno raccontato e fatto assaggiare con passione. E poi la vera chicca, nel piano interrato si trova la cantina con le botti dove maturano i vini in attesa del rilascio. questo è il vero cuore, un ambiente architettonicamente affascinante e dalle potenzialità molto elevate, dove abbiamo compleatto la degustazione di 4 bottiglie, accompagnate da taglieri di prodotti locali molto buoni. La cantina è molto giovane, già capace comunque di presentare prodotti di alta qualità, la passione che abbiamo sperimentato fa ben sperare,
munitevi di capi caldi per la visita alle cantine nei piani interrati e godetevi il tour e la compagni e i prodotti. sarebbe utile fornire un recapito telefonico della cantina in modo da poter avvisare in caso di contrattempi o per altre comunicazione
