Your experience begins in a private tasting room at Ô Chateau, a wine bar in Paris's 1st arrondissement, where a sommelier will greet you.
Over two hours, you'll be guided through the principles of food and wine pairing, learning not just what works, but why certain flavors and textures interact. The tasting features five French wines, including a Champagne, two whites, a red, and an orange wine. Each glass is matched with an artisan cheese, from a classic Brie de Meaux to Comté and Cantal, all served with fresh bread.
