Organic Wine & Olive Oil Tasting at Casale Terzo in Colle di Val D'Elsa

Your tasting at Casale Terzo takes place outdoors, at a table with panoramic views of the estate's vineyards and olive groves in the Chianti hills. A hospitality manager will guide you through the experience, starting with the property's commitment to organic farming.

You will taste three wines, typically a white, a rosé, and a red, selected from the estate's production. The selection may include an IGT Toscana Bianco from Sauvignon or Malvasia grapes, a 100% Sangiovese Rosato, a Chianti DOCG, or an IGT Rosso blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. The tasting continues with the estate's own extra virgin olive oil, served with bread.

To accompany the wines, you will be served a board of typical Tuscan products, including salame, capocollo, and local pecorino cheese. This experience offers a direct connection to the territory through its organic wines and traditional flavors.
