As the sun sets over the vines, guests are welcomed with a traditional Italian aperitivo, the perfect moment to relax, mingle, and meet fellow travelers from around the world. With a glass of our wine in hand and the vineyard stretching out before you, the atmosphere naturally invites conversation and discovery.
The evening continues with a three-course farm-to-table dinner, personally prepared and catered by our dedicated private chef. Each dish highlights seasonal ingredients from our land and trusted local producers, celebrating the flavors of Liguria in an authentic and unpretentious way.
Though the ambiance is relaxed and convivial, guests are thoughtfully and attentively cared for throughout the night. With limited seating, personal service, and a shared table experience, this is an evening where time slows down, stories are exchanged, and lasting memories are made—set in the heart of a working family vineyard.
