Come to visit us at Bodega Monje and participate in a workshop on "Mojo Picon and Canarian Potatoes" to learn and have fun!
The Canary Islands are known for their red or green sauce, which is created with coriander, parsley, or pumpkin. With the help of our chef, you may prepare one of Spain's seven culinary wonders while getting the greatest flavor possible.
Wine tasting and a mojo session plus a winery tour are included. Enjoy three glasses of our young wines with freshly made bread smeared with a variety of spreads (Chorizo perro, spiced goat cheese, and watercress butter), thinly sliced cheese on toast, and Canarian potatoes with mojo.
