Begin your journey with a guided walk through the estate’s picturesque vineyards and olive groves. At Serafica Estate, the fertile volcanic soil and abundant Sicilian sun combine to create products of exceptional quality.

Your visit continues with a tour of the estate’s oil mill, where you’ll uncover the traditional methods behind Serafica Estate's artisanal extra virgin olive oil. The experience culminates in a tasting of two Mirantur wines: Mirantur Rosso (Nerello Cappuccio) and Mirantur Bianco (Catarratto), both IGP Sicily. These wines are paired with three premium olive oil labels from Serafica Estate, each matched to a specific type of cheese. The tasting is further enriched with local delicacies, including olives, dried tomatoes, seasoned bread, and bruschetta.

As an American traveling with my wife and 3 older sons, we were not sure what to expect but we did not get disappointed. All 5 of us walked away with a greater appreciation for the production and cultivation of olives and wine. The food pairings were delicious and very generous. Our guide was amazing and took time to converse in both English and Italian.
She made us feel very welcome and was knowledgeable. Will recommend this tour to our friends for sure!!

Professionelles kleines Familienunternehmen. Sehr interessante Ausführungen, Fragen wurden kompetent beantworten. Wir haben viel Erfahren und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Weine und das Olivenöl werden biologisch angebaut und schmecken sehr gut. Ich würde diese Degustation jederzeit wieder buchen. .

Excellent tour of the facilities for both olive oil and wines. The tasting included oil, sparkling wine and a red and white wine. The wines are outstanding.
The staff and our guide and host was great and very knowledgeable.
Great experience on the slopes of Mt Etna.

Quella nella tenuta serafica è stata un’esperienza impeccabile. Siamo stati accolti e guidati con grande professionalità e gentilezza. Abbiamo potuto visitare la cantina, la vigna e la zona circostante accompagnati da una spiegazione professionale ma al tempo stesso animata da passione per ciò che si fa. Dopo ci siamo accomodati all’interno dello shop dove abbiamo potuto gustare oli e vini anche qui guidati e accompagnati nella scoperta di questi prodotti.

Our Wine and Olive Oil tasting was great! We got a warm welcome and the experience started with a 60 minutes tour trough the beautiful farm and factory close to the etna. Really interesting and well explained, especially the walktrough the process of olive oil!

After the tour the tasting startet, first the olive oil (insanely good, we didnt even know there was a way how to taste olive oil!), after the oil we tasted 3 different wines. After the tasting the guide gave us time to eat the cold cuts, accompanied by the wines and olives. It almost felt like having a apero with friends, the atmosphere was amazing!

After all, it was a truly worthy experience (even better then expected) and i'd defenitely reccommend it to everyone that has a sense of gourmet food or just to everyone that is into trying and seeing how non masss products are made / taste.

The overall experience was charming and everything worked out.
Our host, Marco, entertained us with his knowledge of oil and wine and with extra curiosities about the firm and the area.
It was very interesting to see the Etna plastic reconstruction, to better understand the differences between the many volcanic eruption and minerals.
The oils were very tasty and the suggested pairing with cheese were perfect.
The two wines were good as well.

Really lovely vineyard and olive grove. The tour was very informative and really enjoyable. The wine and olive oil tasting was also a treat as not only did you get the wine and olive oil but some really fresh food to go along with it.
