Begin your journey with a guided walk through the estate’s picturesque vineyards and olive groves. At Serafica Estate, the fertile volcanic soil and abundant Sicilian sun combine to create products of exceptional quality.

Your visit continues with a tour of the estate’s oil mill, where you’ll uncover the traditional methods behind Serafica Estate's artisanal extra virgin olive oil. The experience culminates in a tasting of two Mirantur wines: Mirantur Rosso (Nerello Cappuccio) and Mirantur Bianco (Catarratto), both IGP Sicily. These wines are paired with three premium olive oil labels from Serafica Estate, each matched to a specific type of cheese. The tasting is further enriched with local delicacies, including olives, dried tomatoes, seasoned bread, and bruschetta.

This two-hour tasting journey offers an authentic taste of Sicilian tradition, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship and passion behind every product of Serafica Estate.

October tour and tasting

My family and I had the best time trying different wines and olive oils. We learned so much about how everything is harvested, processed and what the different types of each taste like. The host was very friendly and informative and we even got to see the locals working on their own olive oil! I would highly recommend adding this stop in your journey, and if I’m ever in the area again I will gladly make another stop!
Must try the guided olive oil tasting, but everything was delish!

We arrived a bid earlier, the family was so nice to show us the estate, how the produce the olive oil and share some insights.

The testing was in a cozy building, lots of light and the host simply amazing.

Intéressante visite permettant de bien comprendre les processus de fabrication du vin et de l’huile d’olive qui se termine par une dégustation très copieuse, le tour avec une commentatrice très sympathique. Dommage qu’il n’ait pas été possible d’acheter des produits en rupture de stock.

Un'ottima degustazione completa, personale cordiale e alla mano molto disponibile. Abbiamo provato tantissimi prodotti locali da una delle principali cantine della zona.

Forse un po' più di presenza durante la degustazione. Avevamo domande ma il personale era impegnato nel negozio. Comprensibilissimo, ma è uno spunto per migliorare ancora un servizio già ottimo

Visite très intéressante où notre hôte a pris le temps de nous expliquer avec fierté toute la production et ces produits qui sont fait avec amour. Très généreux dans les produits offerts.

As an American traveling with my wife and 3 older sons, we were not sure what to expect but we did not get disappointed. All 5 of us walked away with a greater appreciation for the production and cultivation of olives and wine. The food pairings were delicious and very generous. Our guide was amazing and took time to converse in both English and Italian.
She made us feel very welcome and was knowledgeable. Will recommend this tour to our friends for sure!!

Professionelles kleines Familienunternehmen. Sehr interessante Ausführungen, Fragen wurden kompetent beantworten. Wir haben viel Erfahren und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Weine und das Olivenöl werden biologisch angebaut und schmecken sehr gut. Ich würde diese Degustation jederzeit wieder buchen. .

Tasty and interesting experience.

The overall experience was charming and everything worked out.
Our host, Marco, entertained us with his knowledge of oil and wine and with extra curiosities about the firm and the area.
It was very interesting to see the Etna plastic reconstruction, to better understand the differences between the many volcanic eruption and minerals.
The oils were very tasty and the suggested pairing with cheese were perfect.
The two wines were good as well.
