Vineyard Tour & Wine Tasting at Domaine du Château de Viviers in Chablis
Here is what's in store for you
Set in the vineyards with panoramic views over the Chablis region, Arnould will introduce you to the history of Domaine du Château de Viviers.
During the walk through the vineyards, you will discover the different cultivation methods used in Chablis, including conventional, organic, and biodynamic practices.
The experience continues in the estate’s cellar, where you will taste 4 to 5 vintages of Château de Viviers Chablis — a wine with a long history, once served at the wedding of Louis IV and Louis VI. You will also be introduced to the vocabulary and techniques of wine tasting.
In keeping with local tradition, the tasting is accompanied by the famous gougères, perfectly paired with Chablis.
