Here is what's in store for you

Sofia Fugolo will welcome you to her family's farm in Valpolicella. She will guide you on a walk through the estate's vineyard and peach orchard, sharing the history of the farm and its traditions.

The experience continues on the farm's veranda. This glass-enclosed space, heated and air-conditioned, offers views of the vineyard year-round.

Here, you will taste five of the estate's wines: Rosé Brioso, Rosato Veronese, Corvina Veronese IGT, Valpolicella Superiore DOC, and Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG. The tasting is paired with a platter of local products, including two types of cold cuts like Soppressa Veronese or salami, Monte Veronese DOP cheese, and the farm's own jams. You will also sample bruschetta with the estate's extra virgin olive oil.

Vegetarian and vegan alternatives can be arranged if requested when you book. For younger participants, a snack with bread, jam, and farm-made juice is provided.

Wonderful morning
Sofia was an excellent guide: she accompanied us through the vineyard telling us its history and explaining interesting details. The tasting was great, with truly top-quality wine and food. Availability, kindness, and hospitality at their best, beautiful location. It was a fantastic experience.

A pleasant and enjoyable experience.
