Wine Tasting among the vineyards and peaches of Gianluca Fugolo's farm
Here is what's in store for you
This experience at Gianluca Fugolo's farm stems from the idea of getting away for a few hours from the hectic pace of daily life to recharge your energy on a walking tour of the farm's vineyard and peach orchard. A walk in contact with nature to empty your mind, relax and enjoy the very breath of life surrounded by the green landscape. Your pet friends are welcome too!
The experience starts with a walk through the vineyard and peach orchard, with an explanation of the history of the farm and family traditions.
You will be taken on a journey from the land to the glass of wine, traversing the history of flavors and traditions. A tasting from the vineyard to the glass, with no hurry, savoring a little of the territory of Valpolicella.
At the end of the walk, you will taste 5 Gianluca Fugolo's Valpolicella IGT and DOC wines paired with local cold cuts and cheeses. You will also taste the farm's extra virgin olive oil from Lake Garda. During warmer months the tasting takes place outdoors, while during winter the tasting can be enjoyed also indoors in the warmth of the tasting room.
The wines included in the tasting are:
- ROSE' BRIOSO: Fresh, delicate, and with a light petiage.
- ROSATO VERONESE: Hints of peach and grapefruit, minerality, and freshness characterize this rosé.
- CORVINA VERONESE IGT: From the first grape variety cultivated since 1968 by the winery, comes this Corvina in purity.
- VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE DOC: Hand-harvested Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, pressed after a 20-day drying period, give birth to this Valpolicella Superiore.
- AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG: From the best grapes, hand-picked and selected, this Amarone is born after 100 days of drying.

Excellent experience
A highly recommended experience!
The building was renovated a few years ago. The wines are delicious, I drank the best Recioto I have ever tasted.
My friends and I complimented the owners because we were truly satisfied.
We were there in the winter, when the vineyard is dormant. I would recommend the spring period (especially March) when the peach trees are also in bloom or the grape harvest period (September).
