The Cinque Quinti winery awaits you in Cella Monte, a lovely village nestled in the hills of Monferrato which became part of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages in July 2018.
The experience begins with a visit to Cinque Quinti's historic winery and infernot.
After the tour, you will take a seat in the winery's fireplace-warmed tasting room or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Monferrato to enjoy a tasting of four labels. The tasting will be accompanied by a small selection of local products such as cured meats and cheeses. Additional platters of local products can be ordered at the winery and paid on-site.
The wines offered in the tasting are: Mariulin (Piemonte DOC Chardonnay, Sparkling Brut) Dedalo (Monferrato DOC White from Arneis grapes) Solista (Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC), and Carisa (Piemonte DOC Barbera).

Where we are and how to reach us
If you are coming by car, we recommend that you park it at the parking lot next to "Bar il Nuovo Carpino" and then reach the winery on foot (about 300 meters).

Very nice
Nice Infernot tour
Everything was wonderful, but the tasting needs improvement
- A single explanation of all the wines is given at the beginning without even stating their names; I had to ask for them one by one while they were pouring to know which bottle we were tasting.
- I had the feeling they didn't let us taste their best wines, and that's a shame.
- The cold cuts and cheese board wasn't explained either; I don't know what cheeses and cured meats I ate, nor which glass it would have been better to pair with what.
- To find my bearings, I asked for a brochure because there wasn't one at my table, but they didn't have any more available and a very kind guy got me one from the only empty table, but it was all stained with I don't know what. I made use of it anyway; having no other explanations about the products, at least it was useful to find my bearings.
- For the first time in my life, I left a tasting without buying even a single bottle because if you don't explain your wine with soul, if you don't tell a story: either you put something amazing in the glass, or it's hard to make people fall in love with your product.
Too bad, it was half a disappointment, but I find these are all points that with effort and willpower can be improved. And I hope so because the potential is enormous!
