The Cinque Quinti winery awaits you in Cella Monte, a lovely village nestled in the hills of Monferrato which became part of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages in July 2018.
The experience begins with a visit to Cinque Quinti's historic winery and infernot.
After the tour, you will take a seat in the winery's fireplace-warmed tasting room or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Monferrato to enjoy a tasting of four labels. The tasting will be accompanied by a small selection of local products such as cured meats and cheeses. Additional platters of local products can be ordered at the winery and paid on-site.
The wines offered in the tasting are: Mariulin (Piemonte DOC Chardonnay, Sparkling Brut) Dedalo (Monferrato DOC White from Arneis grapes) Solista (Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC), and Carisa (Piemonte DOC Barbera).

Was den Wein betrifft, hat jeder einen anderen Geschmack und Erfahrung. Aber auch unter den hier erzeugten Weinen waren zwei, die uns besonders gemundet haben.

Potreste secondo me fornire la proposta di fare delle foto ricordo ai clienti per ricordo e da esporre anche sui siti a voi annessi, avete una vista spettacolare ed è un ulteriore pubblicità esporre l’esperienza ed il ricordo che si va a creare dei vostri clienti ( che spesso poi sono coppie che vogliono fare qualcosa di diverso dalla routine)

Suggerisco con un assaggio di 4 calici, di per sé abbondanti e comunque con gradazioni alcoliche differenti, di optare per un tagliere più abbondante e non un singolo piattino che copre solo due calici. Pertanto suggerisco di o ridurre l’assaggio a 3 calici o aumentare la quantità di assaggi, magari con formaggi e marmellate locali o più salumi.
