Wine tasting and Infernot tour at Cinque Quinti among the Monferrato Hills
Here is what's in store for you
The Cinque Quinti winery awaits you in Cella Monte, a lovely village nestled in the hills of Monferrato which became part of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages in July 2018.
The experience begins with a visit to Cinque Quinti's historic winery and infernot.
After the tour, you will take a seat in the winery's fireplace-warmed tasting room or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Monferrato to enjoy a tasting of four labels. The tasting will be accompanied by a small selection of local products such as cured meats and cheeses. Additional platters of local products can be ordered at the winery and paid on-site.
The wines offered in the tasting are: Mariulin (Piemonte DOC Chardonnay, Sparkling Brut) Dedalo (Monferrato DOC White from Arneis grapes) Solista (Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC), and Carisa (Piemonte DOC Barbera).

Where we are and how to reach us
If you are coming by car, we recommend that you park it at the parking lot next to "Bar il Nuovo Carpino" and then reach the winery on foot (about 300 meters).

Autentici sapori del Monferrato
I vini in degustazione sono molto buoni e ben descritti e rappresentano il sapore tipico delle colline del Monferrato. Il tagliere è un po' leggero, ma si accompagna molto bene con i vini proposti.
Fuori menù, c'è la possibilità di assaggiare una loro creazione originale, il Rosso Monferrato, una comunione di uve dai sapori molto dolci e con un aroma importante, consigliatissimo agli appassionati di vini molto corposi e con un carattere ben definito
