Come and experience our wine tasting and tour at Clos Pachem in the Priorat Wine Region.

We offer an insight to the world of Priorat wines and specifically the Clos Pachem project. Clos Pachem is a family endeavour designed with future generations in mind, focusing on the legacy we leave behind. The highlight of Clos Pachem is our winery, designed by the renowned firm Harquitectes. Built with natural, simple, and durable materials, the winery seamlessly integrates into the village while adhering to sustainability principles. Features such as air chambers for temperature regulation and vegetative coverings at various levels ensure functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Our motto, "less is more," means we let the grapes speak in our wines. This philosophy is evident in our regenerative agriculture practices, the natural winemaking process, and ageing in concrete or ceramic tanks. Our wines aim to capture the subtleties of Priorat.

After touring our winery, the winemaking area, and the ageing cellar, we will taste four wines:

- Licos: A white wine made from Garnacha Blanca in D.O. Terra Alta.
- Pachem: A red wine made from 100% Garnacha in D.O.Q. Priorat.
- Pachem Carinyena: A red wine made from 100% Carinyena in D.O.Q. Priorat.
- Camí de La Mina: A red blend of 50% Garnacha and 50% Carinyena.
