Here is what's in store for you

At Saó del Coster, located in a charming 19th-century building in Gratallops, you will embark on a journey through the rich history of Priorat, a region with a deep winemaking heritage dating back to the 12th century. During your visit, we will explain the history of the area, including the post-war period when the region was almost abandoned for 50 years and the subsequent revival of winemaking here.

You will also discover our biodynamic approach to vine cultivation and wine production. The tour begins on our terrace with a view of the vineyards, continues into the fermentation area where you'll learn about our wine-making process, and finally, we'll descend to the barrel room where our wines are aged. At each stage, you will taste one of our wines, paired with a selection of local products.

We propose 5 red wines including a sweet wine. You will enjoy a selection of local cured meats, olives, bread/biscuits and European cheeses, each one pairing harmoniously with the wines.

Buenas, hace unas semanas fuimos tres amigas a nuestra primera cata de vinos, fue en el Saó del Coster, y la experiencia fue muy grata. Desde un primer momento respiramos un ambiente familiar, con unas explicaciones claras y donde podíamos hacer preguntas. Y por descontar, que todos los vinos que probamos nos gustó.
