Embark on a learning journey at Olivini Winery, one of the most representative wine estates on Lake Garda. This experience allows you to explore the winery’s philosophy, production methods and distinctive approach to quality winemaking in the Lugana area.

Your visit begins with a guided tour of the Olivini cellars, where you will discover the techniques behind their Metodo Classico, Lugana whites and refined reds. After the tour, you will enjoy a tasting of four selected wines, each representing a different expression of the estate: Lugana DOC Brut Metodo Classico, Lugana DOC, Chiaretto Valtenesi DOC, and Merlot Notte a San Martino.

To complete the experience, the wines are paired with a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses, offering the perfect introduction to the flavors of the Lake Garda region.

Our experience at the Olivini vineyard was excellent. We got a private tour in the wine factory with information on the vineyard itself and how they make their different wines. Then we got the chance to taste their delicious wines with plenty of local food!
