Discover Sicily's wine heritage with a wine tasting experience at Baglio Bonsignore.

Your activity will start with a guided walk through the vineyards to discover the local grape varieties and vine training methods. A path to learn the secrets of organic and sustainable production. You will also have the opportunity to take a plunge back in history by visiting the Cubburo, a prehistoric dry-stone construction that dominates the Baglio Bonsignore estate.

Finally, the scents and vibrations of our wines will envelop your senses. Choose between a Classic tasting of four of our base wines, or the Complete tasting experience, including 4 base wines and 2 Reserves. The wines will be accompanied by breadsticks, bread croutons, and water.

Unique personal experience - amazing hosts

We attended Baglio Bonsignore for my wife’s birthday. We were treated so well, with wine tasing - DIRECT FROM THE VATS…and formal tasting. The hostess Deborah was amazing - we learnt the history and the process…roped with some amazing wines. We will be repeat customers! Thank you
